Families First Reform Programme Manager - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in Devon is looking to appoint a talented Families First Reform Programme Manager on a Contract basis.The role will lead on the delivery of Families First Reforms for the Council, inclusive of re-designing services in line with the reforms themselves.About the role: Based in Devon (Hybrid - 3 days on site):Produce and deliver the Families First Reform programme.Support the re-design of key children''s services.Lead on complex stakeholder engagement.Represent the Council at partnership boards, strategic forums and external meetings.About you: You will have the following experiences:Significant experience leading complex, large-scale programmes for Children''s Services (Prince2 is highly desired).Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes.Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.Local Authority experience is essential.What''s on offer:Salary: £700 per day, inside IR35Hybrid WorkingContract type: ContractHours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to FridayHow to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
