You will work alongside the Programme Director and multi-agency partners across Children’s Services, Health, Police, Education and the voluntary sector, supporting the development of a single integrated system for children and families. Key Responsibilities Lead complex transformation projects and programme workstreams. Develop and monitor project plans, governance, budgets and timescales. Lead risk management and manage programme interdependencies. Support the development of policies, procedures and a new operating model. Engage and influence senior stakeholders and multi-agency partners. Support delivery against national Families First statutory guidance.
