Families Engagement Worker Oldham (hybrid working with office, community and home visits) £27,013.56 - £29,552.02 per annum Full-time, Permanent Job Description: Are you passionate about helping people overcome challenges and achieve positive change? This is an excellent opportunity to join an early intervention and prevention service, supporting families, adults and households before issues escalate and require more intensive support. As an Engagement Worker, you will manage a caseload of individuals and families, carrying out assessments and delivering tailored support plans that build confidence, resilience and independence. Working alongside partner agencies and local services, you will help people access the right support at the right time, enabling them to achieve sustainable outcomes. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a genuine difference within local communities. The role involves:Managing a caseload of families, adults and households requiring early intervention support.Completing assessments and developing personalised support plans.Delivering one-to-one support and guidance to address a range of personal, social and practical challenges.Building positive and trusting relationships with service users and their families.Supporting individuals to access specialist services including housing, debt advice, mental health support and parenting programmes.Working collaboratively with partner agencies and ..... full job details .....
