Quality Inspector / FAIR InspectorSurrey Permanent Onsite£30,000 - £35,000We re currently supporting a well-established engineering business with the appointment of an experienced Quality Inspector / FAIR Inspector.They re looking for an experienced Quality Inspector / FAIR Inspector to join their team and play a key role in ensuring high-precision components meet demanding customer and design standards.What s in it for you as a FAIR Inspector?Work within the aerospace industryInspect high-precision componentsUse GDandT and advanced metrologyGain or expand FAIR experienceWork alongside experienced Engineering and Quality teamsDevelop your technical skills and careerWhat will you be doing as a FAIR Inspector?Your day-to-day will include:Carrying out in-process and final inspectionsCompleting First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)Reading engineering drawings and specificationsUsing precision measuring equipmentReviewing supplier FAIRsRaising NCRs and supporting quality investigationsSupporting customer returns and quality issuesWorking closely with Production and Engineering to resolve problemsWhat are we looking for in a FAIR Inspector?You ll ideally have:3 years experience in Quality Inspection or Precision EngineeringStrong GDandT and drawing interpretation skillsDimensional inspection / metrology experienceExperience with FAIRsAerospace experience is a big plusA proactive, hands-on approach to qualityIf you re an experienced Quality Inspector looking for a role where ..... full job details .....
