Faculty Research Degrees Manager, London, £45,728 pro rata, 8 weeks, 2 days per weekWe are seeking an experienced Faculty Research Degrees Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for postgraduate research (PGR), within a world-leading public health institution and postgraduate university based in Central London.This is a short-term, part-time opportunity ideal for a candidate with strong UK higher education experience who can quickly add value in a complex and collaborative environment. Working closely with senior academic leaders, including Faculty Research Degrees Directors and the Dean of the Doctoral College, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and compliant PGR experience aligned with institutional strategy and sector best practice.This role combines oversight of core PGR processes with a focus on service improvement, data-informed planning, and cross-Faculty coordination.Key Responsibilities:Faculty PGR Leadership and AdvisorySupport the development, implementation, and review of Doctoral College strategy, policy, and practiceProvide expert advice on PGR regulations, quality assurance, and sector expectationsRepresent the Faculty in institutional PGR forums and working groupsProvide administrative support and guidance to the Dean of the Doctoral CollegePGR Lifecycle OversightOversee the full PGR lifecycle, including admissions, progression, examination, and completionEnsure processes are fair, effective, and ..... full job details .....
