If you understand manufacturing, are comfortable working around machinery and have the right attitude to learn, the company will provide the training you need.The roleYou''ll be working within the core-making department, learning to operate Laempe / Omega core-making equipment and producing quality sand cores ready for the casting process.Your responsibilities will include:Operating core-making machinery safely and efficiently.Producing high-quality sand cores to the required specification.Learning and carrying out the cold box core-blowing process.Monitoring machinery and production processes.Inspecting cores for defects and maintaining quality standards.Maintaining good production rates and cycle times.Handling moulding boxes, cores and associated foundry equipment.Identifying and reporting quality, process or equipment issues.Keeping ..... full job details .....
