As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for delivering training to employees, supporting new starters and existing team members, and ensuring people have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively. This role is ideal for someone from a manufacturing, FMCG or food background who has trained apprentices, production operatives or other employees, and is looking for a Monday to Friday days-based role with no nights or weekend work.
