Factory Team Leader

Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a Factory Team Leader for our Manufacturing client in the Lye area. This role will be supporting the Factory Supervisor. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet daily targets and quality standards. Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks effectively to optimise productivity. General operative duties, cutting steel, assembly, use of hand and power tools Forklift driving A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required for this position. Requirements: Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience using hand / power / air tools Assembly experience Physically fit and able to lift Previous experience leading a team Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 4:00pm finish.
