Factory Support Operative / Labourer Bradford Location: Bradford Pay Rate: £13.07 per hour / £26,500 per year Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am 2:30pm; Friday, 6:00am 11:40am Contract: Temporary with a view to permanent Job Type: Full-time We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join their busy Bradford site on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role with regular daytime hours. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. The Role As a Labourer, your responsibilities will include: Cleaning and maintaining areas throughout the factory Emptying general waste and recycling bins Clearing scrap wood and other waste from the factory Weighing scrap materials and sweeping factory areas Clearing cardboard boxes from office areas Baling waste cardboard Emptying the shredding machine outside the offices Helping with ad hoc duties, such as setting up furniture for presentations Supporting other labourers and the wider team when required Following all health and safety procedures at all times About You The successful candidate will: Be reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in Be capable of working unsupervised and use their own initiative Be a team player and willing to support colleagues when required Have good communication skills Be flexible and willing to work ..... full job details .....
