Driven by a strong order book, they are currently seeking a reliable, multi-skilled Factory Support Operator to join their close-knit production team on a permanent/ongoing basis.The Role:As a Factory Support Operator, you will play a vital hands-on role in keeping the shop floor moving efficiently and safely. Combining material handling with basic mechanical assembly, you will support production workflows across various stages of manufacture.Key Responsibilities:Safe operation of overhead cranes to move heavy components, raw materials, and assemblies around the shop floor.Driving Forklift Trucks (FLT) to assist with goods in/out, line feeding, and general material movement.Performing basic mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and basic engineering drawings/work instructions.Assisting production technicians and engineers with general workshop duties to maintain smooth workflow.Adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines, manual handling procedures, and shop floor housekeeping (5S).About You:We are looking for a practical, safety-conscious individual with experience working in a fast-paced workshop or factory environment.Key Requirements:Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license (Counterbalance ..... full job details .....
