Factory Operative

Position: Factory Technician / Production Operator / Technical Cleaner - 6 Month Contract Hours: Monday Friday, 10:00am till 6:00pm (40 Hours Per Week) Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience (Circa £31k to £35k per annum) Benefits: Modern Purpose-Built Manufacturing Facility, Full Training Provided, Potential Permanent Opportunity, Ongoing Development and Training Location: Commutable from Sittingbourne, Faversham, Maidstone, Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Canterbury and surrounding areas Company A leading manufacturer are seeking Factory Technicians / Production Operators / Technical Cleaners to join its operations team on an initial 6-month contract basis. Working within a modern, purpose-built manufacturing facility, you''ll play a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining machinery cleanliness, removing material build-up and ensuring factory areas remain safe, organised and operational. This is a hands-on and physical role suited to someone who is comfortable with physical and repetitive work. The position offers variety, combining factory housekeeping, machinery cleaning and production support duties, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
