We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Operative to join our sheet metal manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, practical role where you''ll support various stages of the production process, including handling metal parts, operating machinery, and assisting with day-to-day tasks. Full training will be provided, and there are opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular manual handling and heavy lifting tasks.
• Operate machinery and tools safely.
• Assist with general assembly and production work.
• Use a range of hand and power tools such as drills, sanders, and grinders.
• Supporting general factory operations.

Essential Requirements:

• Comfortable with practical, hands-on work in a workshop environment.
• A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills within the sheet metal industry.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:00
