Pay Rate: -12.71ph + 20% Shift Allowance (approx. -15.25ph enhanced rate)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - Midnight
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Braintree, Essex, on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a hands-on factory role involving a variety of production, assembly, manufacturing and packing duties. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Carrying out general production and factory duties
• Basic assembly of products and components
• Working with small components and materials
• Following production processes and instructions
• Quality checking finished products
• Packing completed products ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Previous experience within a factory, manufacturing and production environment is preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance
• Comfortable working with small components
• Able to follow instructions and production processes
• Works well as part of a team
• Keen to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
