Factory Operative

Factory Operative Location: Witham, Essex Pay: 12.85 per hour Hours: Weekly rotating - 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham. This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering full-time hours, ongoing training, and the chance to secure a permanent position with a significant pay increase.This role is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or factory experience who are looking to join a busy production environment with genuine career progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities of Factory Operative:Preparing products ready for the manufacturing processWorking on production lines within a fast-paced factory environmentOperating machinery and manufacturing equipmentUsing overhead cranes and forklifts where required (full training provided)Loading, unloading and safely moving products around the factoryCarrying out quality inspections on finished productsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working areaFollowing all production procedures and health and safety regulationsAssisting other departments as required The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or factory environmentA positive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced settingGood physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling dutiesStrong communication and teamwork skillsA good understanding of ..... full job details .....
