This is a long-term opportunity offering full-time hours and the chance to secure a permanent position with increased pay rates. This role will involve working within a manufacturing and production environment, so previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential. Duties of the Factory Operative will include: Preparing products for the production process Working on production lines and within the factory environment Operating machinery and manufacturing equipment Using overhead cranes and forklifts where required (training provided) Loading, unloading and moving products safely around the factory Carrying out quality checks on finished products Keeping working areas clean, safe and organised Following all production procedures and health & safety guidelines Supporting other departments when required The ideal Factory Operative candidate will have: Previous manufacturing, production or factory experience A good attitude towards work and willingness to learn Experie...
