Factory Operative

We''re currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a growing business in Braintree, Essex. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.Please note: this role is based in a factory environment that can be dirty at times and involves heavy manual handling, so a hands-on attitude is essential.Key Responsibilities of Factory Operative:Operating basic machineryMoving and handling heavy stock (up to 25kg)Unloading finished productsSupporting skilled machinists in daily tasksGeneral warehouse dutiesTraining and development in skilled machine setting and operation The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)The ability to safely lift up to 25kgA positive, teachable attitude with a willingness to learnAvailability to start immediatelyA desire for a long-term role with progression opportunities Hours and Pay:Monday to Friday08:00 - 17:00 12.21 per hourTemp to Perm for the right candidate, with potential pay progression once permanent If you are interested in this Factory Operative role please apply with your up to date CV.If you have any questions please contact Amy at Prime Appointments.
