Factory Operative - Temp to Perm

Location: Duxford
Pay: -13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are working with a leading food manufacturer in Duxford who are looking for a Factory Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in food manufacturing, with the chance to upskill and expand their knowledge across production and warehousing.

Please note: Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

Duties of the Factory Operative:

• Washing and preparing products
• Running and assisting on the production line
• Packing finished products
• Quality checking products to ensure they meet required standards
• Palletising finished products
• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
• Operating an FLT after appropriate training
• Supporting other areas of the business when required

The Ideal Factory Operative:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Looking for a long-term Temp to Perm opportunity
• Full UK driving licence and own transport

Pay & Hours:

• -13.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am - 5:00pm
