Factory Operative - Braintree, EssexWe''re currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established and successful manufacturing company based in Braintree, Essex.This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential for long-term work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:Operate basic machinery in a safe and efficient mannerRemove finished products from machines and prepare for the next stageSupport smooth production flow and promptly report any issues to supervisorsAssist skilled machinists during the manufacturing processUndertake training on a variety of machinery and processesProvide support in other areas of the factory when requiredMaintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environmentEager to learn new skills and processesReliable and looking for consistent, long-term employmentFlexible and willing to take on varied dutiesAvailable to start immediately Working Hours and Pay:Full-time, Monday to Friday07:00 - 16:00 (hours may vary slightly) 12.21 per hourWeekly payIf you are interested in this Factory Operative role, please apply with your up to date CV. ..... full job details .....
