About the Role

A Factory Operative is required in Aldridge for a temporary, full-time role paying £12.71 per hour. Working Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:30 with an early Friday finish, the position involves assembly of parts, general labouring, machine minding, and refurbishment of existing stock. Operatives will also load and unload vehicles, perform yard maintenance, and use handheld power tools. Adherence to Health and Safety guidelines is essential. An overhead crane licence is advantageous. The role offers secure parking, a pension scheme, and 32 days of holiday. Duties of a factory operative:
Experience of working with handheld power tools

Loading and unloading vehicles
General Labouring
