Factory Operative

We are recruiting for Factory Operatives on behalf of our client in Tamworth to work at a leading manufacturer producing G.R.P (Glass Reinforced Plastic) building products.The company are a well established company in Tamworth and have been operating for over 40 years. They are now in another period of growth and as construction industry peaks we are hiring for new Production Operatives.Roles can be Temp to Perm for the right candidates.Hours are: Days - Monday - Thursday 6am - 4.30PM Nights - Monday - Thursday 4.30pm - 3AM 4 Day Week - 1 in 4 Fridays are potentially worked - however if targets are hit this Friday is paid but not worked which is a unique offering This is a physical role and will involve some heavy lifting. This is working in a Factory Environment and due to the nature of the job can be quite dusty.Experience in the following would be advantageous GRP ManufacturingCarpentry or WoodworkComing from a Factory Environment environment is essentialConfidence working with hand towels and power toolsWorking well as part of a team, this is a job focused around TeamworkWorking to targets Responsibilities: Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all timesExcellent Communication SkillsFlexible approachGood attention to detail Initial Registration with MET and then a site interview and walk round with Client, once the job is offered starts are ASAPFull training will be given and there are excellent career progression opportunitiesTo apply please click belowJob Types: ..... full job details .....
