Factory Operative

We are recruiting GENERAL OPERATIVES for our client based in Swadlincote, DE11.This is working for a long-established manufacturing business that produce items for the construction industry!Shifts are permanent afternoons Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10.30PM and Friday 2PM - 8PMRate of Pay £13.10ph - overtime opportunites available!Temp - Perm Opportunities after 13 weeks for the right candidates!Key Responsibilities: Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment - including press machines and industrial guillotine working across a number of departments.Loading and unloading materials safelyAssisting with fabrication, assembly, and finishing processesConducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environmentFollowing all health and safety proceduresSupporting team members to achieve production targets What We''re Looking For: Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essentialStrong work ethic and willingness to learnGood attention to detailAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPositive attitude and reliable attendance recordFlexibility to work shifts and overtime when required Benefits Long-term work with permanent opportunitiesTrainingCompany events like, pizza days or ice cream vans ..... full job details .....
