Location: Near Royston, Hertfordshire
Salary: £13.00–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate

My client, a well-established food manufacturing company based near Royston, is currently looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for immediate work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The role will involve working within a busy crisp manufacturing factory, carrying out general production duties including packing boxes and preparing products for dispatch.

• Packing boxes and finished products.

• Carrying out general factory and production duties.

• Working on a busy production line.

• Preparing products for dispatch.

• Following company procedures and production guidelines.

• Carrying out basic quality checks.

• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.

• Following all health and safety and food hygiene procedures.

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

• Previous factory, production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Good attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks.

• Good team player with a strong work ethic.

• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Due to the remote location of the factory near Royston, there are no suitable public transport links to the site.

Applicants must have their own transport and be able to drive to the workplace.

• £13.00–£14.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
