Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Evening Shift | Part-Time (24 hours per week)

Prime Appointments is recruiting for Factory Operatives on behalf of a world-leading hardware manufacturer based in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. This is a part-time role working on an evening shift (24 hours per week).
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• Mon-Thurs - 17:00-22:00
• Fri - 16:00-19:00
• Part-Time hours (24 hours)
• Competitive hourly pay (rate discussed on application)

Key Responsibilities:

• Light metal assembly work
• Operating and minding basic machinery
• Working efficiently on a production line
• Meeting daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting other factory tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
• Have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
