Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (early finish every Friday)

We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Witham, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for steady, long-term work with full-time hours and the benefit of an early finish every Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out basic assembly and production tasks on the shop floor

• Packing finished products accurately and to a high standard

• Labelling goods and preparing them for dispatch

• Following quality procedures to ensure products meet company standards

• Keeping the work area clean and organised

• Assisting colleagues to achieve daily production targets

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous factory,manufacturing and production, or packing experience is an advantage but not essential

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

• Able to carry out manual handling and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
