We''re currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing and production business located near Maldon, Essex.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a company that values hard work, team spirit, and growth.
Position Details:
- Temp-to-perm: Permanent contract offered after a successful 3-month probation via agency
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Hourly rate: -12.21
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading machinery
- Performing basic assembly using hand tools
- Moving materials through production stages
- Supporting operations within the spray bay area

- Previous experience in a hands-on, factory, or production role
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
