We''re currently seeking a Factory Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Colchester, Essex. This is a fantastic temporary ongoing opportunity with a company that provides bespoke solutions to the construction industry.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Support skilled machine operators with day-to-day production tasks
- Work to production schedules and meet deadlines
- Feed products through various stages of the manufacturing process
- Operate hand and power tools
- Carry out general factory and assembly duties
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Comfortable with manual handling and capable of heavy lifting
- Confident using hand and power tools
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
