Prime Appointments is recruiting for Factory Operatives on behalf of a world-leading hardware manufacturer based in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Light metal assembly work
• Operating and minding basic machinery
• Working efficiently on a production line
• Meeting daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting other factory tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Be reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
• Have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Be seeking a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employment

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30
• Early finish on Fridays
• Full-time hours
