Job Title: Factory Operator

Salary - Up To -45,000 Basic Salary-

Day / Night Shifts

Package - Performance Bonus

Engineering Qualifications Required

We are proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company at the forefront of their industry. Due to continued operational requirements, we are seeking an experienced Factory Operator to join the site operations team at a modern facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring plant systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.
  • Carrying out routine inspections, start-ups, shutdowns, and plant changeovers in line with operating procedures.
  • Ensuring the plant operates within defined parameters while fully complying with HSE legislation, site rules, and company policies.
  • Responding effectively to plant faults, alarms, and abnormal operating conditions to minimise downtime.
  • Maintaining accurate operational logs, shift reports, and handovers.
  • Actively promoting a strong safety culture and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a process-driven manufacturing factory
  • Good working knowledge of safe systems of work and health and safety procedures within an industrial or power generation environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a shift-based team environment.
