(phone number removed) Factory Manager £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Grantham Permanent Full Time An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Factory Manager to join an established and growing manufacturing business in Grantham. We are looking for a hands-on, commercially aware manufacturing professional who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations while continuing to drive improvements across production, assembly, warehouse and supply chain activities. Working with the Production Supervisor and wider management team, you will lead from the front, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, efficiency and employee engagement. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 1pm As Factory Manager, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day production, assembly and warehouse operations, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. Ensuring output targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are consistently achieved. Leading, motivating and developing employees through both direct and indirect reports, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement. Managing production plans and scheduling in collaboration with Head Office and site teams, communicating priorities clearly across the operation.
