Factory Manager

Impact Recruitment are partnered with a well-respected and established manufacturing business located in Northampton to recruit for a Factory Manager. The purpose of this role will be to lead site operations and oversee a skilled workforce, this is a role centred around people management. This role is focused on the team around you and people management. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving a positive working environment, developing team capability, and ensuring efficient day-to-day production processes.
