The Factory Manager will be responsible for:

*Production planning

*Contract Management

*Performance and KPI's

*Reporting

*Continuous Improvement

Applicants for the Factory Manager role ideally should have the following:

1) Experience of running and developing a production/manufacturing site

2) Strong Management experience

3) Health and Safety qualifications

4) Provable previous experience of success within a similar role

5) Strong leadership skills

6) Natural motivator

7) Strong audit capability/Exp

8) Demand control experience in a process manufacturing environment

9) Advantage if from FMCG environment
