Factory Labourer

Job Title: General Labourer / Cleaner.
Location: Graycar Business Park, Near Burton
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Friday) (40 hours per week)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient General Labourer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that materials are supplied to the production team as needed, helping maintain a smooth workflow and supporting the overall productivity of the workplace. You will be crucial in keeping workstations fully stocked, ensuring the necessary materials are readily available to support daily operations , general cleaning, and materials are moved efficiently around site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support production activities to achieve planned output while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery targets..
* Ensure materials, parts, and assemblies are transferred from stores to production areas as required.
* Prepare materials for proper use and ensure materials are properly replenished when needed.
* Utilize ERP systems for tracking materials and inventory.
* Apply continuous improvement methods to reduce errors and defects in processes.
* Stay active throughout the day, ensuring materials are stocked at safety levels and moving materials between workstations.
