Facility Technician

Salary: £30,000 p/a
Location: Oxford
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Job Type: Permanent

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Facility Technician to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our site remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a practical, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be at the heart of site operations, supporting a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, including:

• Carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs across the site
• Supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities
• Responding promptly to reactive maintenance issues
• Maintaining buildings, equipment, and external areas to a high standard
• Assisting with monitoring site services to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Conducting regular safety checks, identifying hazards, and reporting issues

• Experience in a hands-on or maintenance-based role
• A good understanding of health & safety practices
• A practical, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of manual tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)
