Key Duties and Responsibilities Catering Duties Receive, store, heat, temperature probe, and serve cook-chill meals in accordance with food safety guidelines. Prepare special dietary meals as required. Maintain accurate records including fridge temperatures, delivery logs, cooking, and reheating records. Prepare and serve tea and coffee for service users. Clean catering equipment and areas, including utensils, crockery, food trolleys, and storage areas. Load and unload dishwashers.
