Facility Manager

Facility Manager Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking. Package: 48950 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience) Working Pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, with every other Friday as a non-working day. This role is operational and customer facing, so employees are required to work fully onsite. We support flexible working arrangements where possible, including part-time and varied working hours, while maintaining an onsite presence. Working closely with operational leaders, technical specialists, project teams and service providers, you will be a trusted advisor on facility performance, compliance, work control and operational risk. The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of operational facilities within one of the UK''s most highly regulated and safety-critical environments. You will play a key role in ensuring facilities remain safe, secure, compliant and available to support operational delivery, whilst leading the provision of integrated facilities management services.
