This role will play a vital part in shaping the future of grassroots football facilities across Leicestershire and Rutland. You will:Drive improvements in grass pitch quality through the Grass Pitch Maintenance ProgrammeActivate priority projects identified in Local Football Facility Plans to unlock Football Foundation investmentSafeguard existing football sites from planning threats and support local Playing Pitch StrategiesLead on the development of Holmes Park as a flagship site for football in the countyWork closely with clubs, leagues, schools and local authorities to build sustainable and inclusive facilitiesYour work will directly impact the opportunities available for thousands of players, coaches and volunteers, ensuring football is accessible, inclusive and thriving in every community.Benefits
