This is a 3 month contract. They would like an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with previous experience of working in a similar role. You will be working front of house and providing support for their Basingstoke office. You will also be supporting the Facilities Manager and the other Facilities Assistants. Duties Carrying out general admin support duties as and when required. Responsible for stock control in various areas including stationery. Management of the access control system, and issue of passes. Proactively reporting any maintenance issues around the building and following through to resolution. Skills & Experience Essential: IT literate with good working knowledge of MIcrosoft. Must be confident in dealing with people face to face, at all levels. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage varying workloads.
