We are looking for someone with a background within managing the upkeep, repair and maintenance of all facilities and equipment on site. You will supervise a junior facilities Technician and also liaise with internal departments and external contractors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, safety and presentation of all facilities and grounds. This is a hands-on role requiring you to partake and plan a wide range of maintenance and repair activities whilst managing external contractors on site. We are looking for a flexible and skilled Facilities engineer who can support a wide range of maintenance activities, whilst being a positive, enthusiastic person on site. Personality will be key to this role as it will be working with multiple departments within the organisation.
