The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting new builds and refurbishing existing properties at our various locations across the UK. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys travelling and working in different environments.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Lead on all electrical maintenance and installation tasks across our UK sitesCarry out troubleshooting and repairs, including basic plumbing, ground maintenance, and decorationAttend to emergency works as neededSupport project works and annual compliance checks (e.g. EICR, PAT testing)Collaborate with the wider Facilities team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operationsQualificationsNVQ 2 Level and/or City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (desirable)Experience in facilities or building maintenanceA valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensivelyA proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-focused attitudeSolus, who are owned by Aviva, are one of the UK leaders in vehicle repairs, returning cars to the road in just 11 days on average and a 4.6/5 star customer rating.
