Fabric Maintenance Engineer, Glasgow, 18- 20 per hour, Temp to perm opportunity Benefits Company van and fuel card provided (business use only) Opportunity for permanent employment Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Stable, full-time weekday schedule Responsibilities Carry out multi-trade maintenance and repair work, including: Wall and floor tiling (repairs and installations) Plastering (patch repairs, skimming, rendering) Painting and decorating (internal and external) General building and fabric repairs (minor carpentry, patch work, basic structural repairs) Deliver high-quality workmanship across predominantly commercial and retail environments (approx. 95%), with some work in residential settings (5%) Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Represent the company professionally on-site Requirements Full UK driving licence (subject to licence check; must be over 25 for insurance purposes) Time-served multi-trade experience Strong skills across tiling, plastering, painting, and general building repairs Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Own tools required ..... full job details .....
