About the Role
The Facilities Team Member role, based in Durham, is a temporary, full-time contract lasting approximately nine weeks. Paying £13.90 per hour, the position involves 37.5-hour weeks with eight-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm, any five days out of seven. Working within student accommodation, the primary duties include internal painting and decorating, alongside basic maintenance and repair tasks. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is also essential. Suitable candidates will possess previous painting experience, the ability to perform general maintenance, and a reliable, punctual nature. A positive attitude and willingness to work both independently and collaboratively are required.
