Facilities Team Manager

Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations on relevant contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client specifications. Lead, motivate, and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain high standards of workmanship and health and safety. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met. Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies throughout all stages of project delivery. Assist in planning and resource allocation to optimise project efficiency.
