Job Title: Facilities Support Manager - SCLocation: Corsham (2-3 days/week on site)Contract Duration: Until 27/03/2027Daily Rate: £450/day (Umbrella Maximum)IR35 Status: Inside IR35Security Clearance: SC and Sole Uk NationalThis role plays a significant part in the delivery of services to our customers on a day to day and strategic basis focussing on optimising the use of and managing of property including buildings and workplaces. This role will deliver and support all aspects of day to day hard and soft FM services, including contract and supplier management.Responsibilities: Support the Head of Establishment (HOE), Supporting the delivery of the strategic real estate portfolio plan mandate whilst ensuring operational, project management and tactical services are provided efficiently and effectively.Working to ensure plans and activities across FM reflect the wider strategic prioritiesSubmit and monitor Statements of Need for any work required on site and monitor progress against activitySupport HoE in ensuring all Security regulations are upheld and good working relationships with Site Security Contractor are maintainedEnsure and maintain the management of all Health and Safety documentation and policy for the Head of Establishment and Site partner Essential: Working HandS Knowledge and/or iOSHFacility Management Experience, soft and hard FMStrong Communication SkillsStrong Stakeholder ManagementDefence Knowledge / Assurance / Governance Desirable: NEBOSHExperience with ..... full job details .....
