Key Responsibilities Daily duties: Collect mugs, glasses and rubbish from all units. Keep kitchens and meeting rooms clean, tidy and presentable. Restock drinks fridges, tea, coffee, snacks and kitchen supplies. Clean coffee machine milk modules and organise mugs, glasses and umbrellas. Check alarm panels and report any notifications or issues. Collect litter from the car park. Switch off heating and air conditioning in meeting rooms when not required. Ensure sandwiches are stored in fridges. Weekly duties: Water plants across the site. Complete defibrillator and disabled toilet pull-cord checks. Unpack and distribute Sainsbury’s deliveries.
