Working closely with the Facilities Business Partner, Principal, and wider Estates and Facilities team, you will ensure the premises, grounds, and associated services operate effectively and to the highest possible standard. You will lead on planned and preventative maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor liaison, health and safety, emergency response, and operational site duties. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver the site''s planned preventative maintenance schedule. Maintain accurate electronic and physical records for compliance, utilities, inspections, and maintenance. Oversee day-to-day site operations, including opening/closing, security, building checks, and alarm response. Conduct regular HandS inspections, risk assessments, fire safety testing, and evacuation drill support.
