Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities / Building Supervisor for a highly regarded venue in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. Role: Facilities / Building Supervisor Location: Glasgow City CentreHours: Thursday - Sunday, 08:00 - 16.45 (32 hours)Salary: 30,020 (which inlcudes weekend allowance)Contract: Min of 6 months (temp) with the view of extensionExperience / Skills RequiredExperience within building/facilities management Knowledge of building security operations and handling issues associated with thisFlexible when it comes to working days/hours including working weekends which is essentialKey DutiesOrganising and overseeing the work of staff within the buildingProviding advice and support to team members to ensure effective performanceManaging and resolving routine customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerUndertaking daily statutory and non-statutory checks to ensure compliance with health and safety (HandS) policiesMaintaining a safe working environment in line with organisational standards and regulationsOverseeing function management and monitoring events, including extended working hours and weekends where requiredCarrying out general maintenance duties and supporting office management tasksBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people. ..... full job details .....
