Facilities Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support and supervise a skilled maintenance teamAllocate and prioritise maintenance requests through the helpdesk systemEnsure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed effectivelyCoordinate and manage contractors on site, including permits to work and compliance documentationMonitor statutory inspections, testing and servicing programmesSupport fire safety improvement projects and health and safety initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance and compliance recordsParticipate in the estates on-call rota for emergency response requirementsWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious supervisory experience within facilities, estates, building maintenance or property servicesStrong knowledge of planned and reactive ..... full job details .....
