Overview An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of a high-profile site. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting engineering teams, ensuring compliance standards are maintained, and delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support engineers and specialist contractors. Manage and utilise CAFM systems effectively. Assist with the preparation and compilation of monthly reports. Raise work orders and support budget management activities. Coordinate training and supervision of engineering staff. Prepare and submit client quotations. Maintain accurate site records and logbooks. Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure service delivery standards are met. Support Health & Safety compliance across the site.
