Facilities Services Manager

An experienced Facilities Services Manager is required to lead integrated facilities management services within a high-end corporate workplace in London. Reporting to the Account Director, you''ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of workplace, technical and support services while maintaining exceptional standards across the building.
This role combines operational leadership, client relationship management and commercial responsibility, with particular focus on workplace presentation and delivering a high-quality experience within a professional services environment.
The Role
As the Facilities Services Manager, you''ll:

• Lead integrated FM services including technical, cleaning, security, catering and hospitality.
• Manage service performance against contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead service managers and supervisors across multidisciplinary workplace services.
• Act as the main operational contact for facilities matters across the London site.
• Manage budgets, costs and P&L performance across the operation.
• Oversee suppliers, subcontractors and directly delivered services.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, health and safety and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional workplace presentation standards.

About You
To be successful as the Facilities Services Manager, you''ll have:

• Significant operational management experience within integrated facilities management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontracted service providers.
• Strong commercial, financial, budget and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent client relationship, communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of FM compliance, risk management and health and safety.
• A recognised health and safety qualification, such as IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
• Corporate workplace, headquarters or complex operational environment experience would be advantageous.
