Facilities Senior Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time initial 6 month contract basis. Summary of the Facilities Coordinator role Salary: £15.55 per hour Location: Milton Keynes Type of Contract: Initial 6 month contract Hours: 37.5 hour working week 8.30am-5pm Responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator Work with the Facilities Managers to develop and execute overall workplace vision Operate with other team members to deliver best in class servicesOversee and drive the delivery of essential building servicesSupport end-to-end purchasing processesMaintain and update facilities related documentationCoordinate with contractorsUphold health, safety and security standards across all sitesAdminister daily office operationsAct as designated Facilities point of contact Requirements for a successful Facilities Coordinator Strong organisational and problem solving skillsPrevious experience in facilities portfolio management supportAbility to plan and manage within budget and time constraintsWorking knowledge of EHS legislation and compliance frameworksExcellent communication skillsIT literate including Microsoft Office About Allstaff RecruitmentWe re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
